Drikus Roor

Drikus is a frontend developer for the Amsterdam Music Lab. He likes to create user friendly interfaces and improve the developer experience by automating as much as possible. In a previous life he also studied Musicology at the University of Amsterdam where he got both his BA and MA degrees. After that he taught himself to become a software developer and worked at several companies and on many projects. Now, after 8 years he has returned to combine his developer and musicology skills and knowledge as a frontend developer for the Amsterdam Music Lab. In his free time he likes to create and play music and video games, work on (open source) software, and learn new languages (currently Portuguese and Japanese). He lives in Utrecht, together with Adriana (partner) and Ruby (cat).
