Location

The in-person meeting will take place in beautiful Trento, Italy, conveniently located near local transport. The meeting program will also include a group daytime excursion to stunning Val di Sole.

Hotel

A block of sleeping rooms at NH Hotel Trento has been set aside for the meeting at the rate of 117 Euros per night plus tax (8 through 12 September inclusive) and can be booked before August 15 by going to this link.

Note 1: The hotel is not able to confirm cancellations up to three days before the event. From the 16th of August onward cancellations will have a 100% penalty.

Travel

Trento is on the Munich-Bologna train line. Attendees can also fly into Verona or Bolzano. Alternatively, it’s about 2.5 hours’ train from Milan to Trento (usually with a change in Verona).

N.B. The WCPG conference takes place Sept. 13 (workshops on Sept. 12). The train distance from Trento to Florence is ~3 hours and there are several options per day (some with a change  in Verona).

N.B. While we are, unfortunately, not in a position to cover travel and lodging for attendees, the organizers will be covering lunch and snacks during the meeting and one group dinner during the event.
